The nose on this beer has loads of citrus especially a grapefruit and lemon zest hint balanced perfectly with a good dose of hops, getting the taste buds jumping for the first sip. The flavors do not disappoint, great malt hints balanced with a creamy almost butterscotch note in the front of the mouth, that than leads into a subtle spice and bitterness. Very well balanced with the carbonation cleansing the palette between sips not overpowering the flavors. It has everything you would want in a pale ale with more depth, a great summer beer or to enjoy with grilled pork or chicken.
