With 61% Pinot Noir and 39% Chardonnay this  sparkling wine has length and structure in the flavors and balance. Creamy white  peaches and vanilla fill the nose and mouth with this wine and lead into flavors of  lemon zest, grapefruit and a clean crisp finish.
