This is one of the most flavorful and smoothest rums that have crossed my lips in some time. The rum is named after Sailor Jerry Collins a famous tattoo artist. Flavors of vanilla, and light Caribbean almost jerk seasoning with hints of clove, lead into a great body of caramel and vanilla flavors with a very subtle hint of black cherry. The flavors linger nicely and go down very smoothly, enjoy it over the rocks or in place of your usual rum to kick the flavors of your drink up a notch.
