This is a great beer for those looking for a big malt influenced IPA, good amber color and head and lacing. The aromas of pine and citrus jump out of the glass as soon as you pour it, letting you know that this beer is going to have loads of flavors. The mouthfeel is big with maltiness balancing out a subtle bitterness, but overall a very well balanced flavor experience with just the right amount of citrus and earthiness accented with good hops. Would work well with brisket or even grilled pork loin.
